A graduate of the E.MA – European Master’s Program in Human Rights and Democratisation in Venice, Italy. He wrote his master’s thesis on the comparison of anti-Semitism and homophobia in Poland at the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary. He is an active member of KPH from 2002.

Krzysztof Śmiszek – Legal Team HeadLawyer, graduate of the the Law and Administration Department of the Warsaw University (UW) as well as the post-graduate program in European Law at UW. A former employee of the Office of the Plenipotentiary of the Equal Status of Women and Men, a trainer in anti-discrimination law, an advisor to several NGO’s on issues of counteracting discrimination. He’s published articles on the legal aspects of discrimination in Rzeczpospolita, Gazeta Prawna as well as Prokurator.

Dr. Monika Zima – Legal Team MemberLawyer, doctor of Constitutional Law at UW, graduate of the the Law and Administration Department of the Warsaw University (UW), , applicant to become a judge, KHP lawyer. Member of the Association of Lega Intervention, the Polish Anti-discrimination Law Association, as well a long time member of the Polish Mental Disabilities Association. She has worked for many years to popularize human rights amongst victims of discrimination.

Robert Biedroń – Office ManagerGraduate of Political and Social Sciences at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Completed the School of Political and Social Leaders as well as the Helsinki School of Human Rights. Currently a doctoral candidate in Political Science at the Pultusk Academy of Humanities. A member of several human rights organizations. A European Union expert in anti-discrimination and a former member of the Advisory-Program Board to the Office of the Plenipotentiary of the Equal Status of Women and Men. Co-founder and leader of the Campaign Against Homophobia.
